Fastpitch Softball Video Analysis

Elevate your game in preparation for your season, entrance into college and beyond.

Players submitting a DVD/video will receive an in depth analysis of skills, a plan for improvement, tips on equipment, agility, nutrition and the mental game.

DVD/video will be analyzed by Celeste Knierim, former coach of St. Louis CC at Meramec. In her 30 years at Meramec, her credentials include:

*16 National Tournament appearances

*25 of 26 Conference Championships

*Leads the NJCAA in most wins in softball with 1,043

*Inducted into five fastpitch Hall of Fames:
-National Fastpitch Coaches Association

-National Junior College Athletic Association
-St. Louis CC/ Meramec
-St. Louis Amateur Softball Association
-NJCAA Region 16

Please include any or all of the following fundamental skills:

1-glove (show a close up of the front and back of your glove with and without a ball in it)
2-hitting
3-bunting

4-positional play (please include all positions that you play)
5-baserunning

6-run and slap if you are a slapper

Filming should include:
-side and front views for hitting, bunting, slapping and defense

-side and back views for baserunning

The filming should be no longer than five minutes per skill.
